Translating Messages From Heads To Hearts

Book Review: Killer Angel by Dr. George Grant

Do you ever wonder what the organization Planned Parenthood is really all about? Is it a benign and helpful healthcare organization for women? Or is it a sinister machine that advocates and celebrates the sacrifice of unborn children? Or worse, does it have an even filthier design and agenda behind its “culturally appropriate” messaging today? Do you know its roots?

This book is a biography of Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood. What you’ll learn in this short work is that Sanger wasn’t at all what you’d think. She was a Eugenicist and, at the very least, a co-author of the philosophies appropriated by Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler, who wanted to exterminate “human weeds,” for the “cessation of charity,” for the segregation of “morons, misfits, and the maladjusted,” and for the sterilization of “genetically inferior races.” (pg 65)

Sanger saw all organized charity as a “symptom of a malignant social disease” because it encouraged the profligacy of those “defective, delinquents, and dependents” she so obviously abhorred. She yearned for the end of the Christian “reign of benevolence” that the Eugenic Socialists promised when the “choking human undergrowth” of “morons and imbeciles” would be “segregated” and ultimately “sterilized.” (pg 82)

This short book is a must read for anyone who is pro-life. It’s also a must-read for anyone who thinks Planned Parenthood is a true healthcare organization. Since when is killing babies synonymous with women’s health?

  1. Excellent review Mr. Rick. I recall reading about Sanger years ago and how she was a leader in the Planned Parenthood enterprise. Thank you for your post. Very informative.

  2. Amen brother…. I have always found the organization name “planned parenthood” to be an oxymoron ( if I’m using the word correctly). It seems to me if they really “planned” their “parenting” appropriately, there wouldn’t be a need for abortions. They should call their organization “unplanned parenthood” ……
